/I bought the book last weekend, 15-Feb-2003, whilst browsing in Halfords and since then I have been thinking of nothing but building my own sports car. Here is the story so far...
Purchased steel tubing from Gilchrist Steels of Busby near Glasgow (0141 644 3664).
- 5 off 25mm x 25mm x 2mm x 7.6m @ £8.50ea = £42.50
- 2 off 20mm x 20mm x 2mm x 7.6m @ £6.80ea = £13.60
Total cost of tubing (including VAT) = £65.92
